Contracts Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate proposals, monitor contracts, and assist in key negotiations
• Participate in the review and analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to identify and mitigate contract risks
• Develop and maintain customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• BA degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's/Juris Doctor degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of various contract types (e.g., T&M, FFP, Cost Plus)
• Experience with Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations
• Ability to solicit and process complex information for sound business decisions
• Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for SCI Clearance or possess a Final TS/SCI Clearance
