Senior Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel (Commercial & Product).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including SaaS and vendor agreements
• Support product development initiatives and ensure compliance with legal standards
• Advise on legal and business risks related to new offerings and pricing models

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 7+ years of legal experience, including 3 years in-house at a tech company
• Strong expertise in SaaS or technology commercial contracting
• In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
