Key Responsibilities

• Partner with legal stakeholders to define requirements for technical teams and manage system-related requests
• Develop and execute a legal technology roadmap from exploration to implementation
• Manage daily operations and maintenance of legal technology systems, including user support and training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Legal Studies, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in a technology support role, preferably in a legal environment
• Familiarity with legal-specific software such as legal research databases and case management software
• Proficiency in system administration principles and a diverse range of software applications
• Strong interest in AI/ML, with hands-on experience in AI projects
