Key Responsibilities

• Assist with patent preparation and prosecution
• Respond to Office Actions
• Docket using Appcoll and file documents with the USPTO

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a patent paralegal
• Experience in patent preparation and prosecution
• Familiarity with filing procedures at the USPTO
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
• Availability for 10 - 20 hours a week
