Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner (Arkansas Licensed).

Key Responsibilities

• Examine the chain of title and taxes of title orders
• Identify and resolve title issues
• Determine insurability and issue title commitments and/or preliminary title reports

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in title examination on real property
• Practical knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations governing real estate issues
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Land Records Information System
• Arkansas title license required
