Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intellectual Property Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming foreign patent applications, including preparing submissions and completing filings with the patent office
• Review documents for completion and ensure accuracy in filings
• Interface with overseas law firms to effectively complete the filings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 4 years of prior experience in a Patent Paralegal role
• Experience handling incoming foreign filing patent applications
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Self-starter with the ability to work with little to no supervision
