Contracts Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate proposals, monitor contracts, and assist in negotiations
• Resolve contractual and customer issues, ensuring compliance with policies
• Participate in the review and analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to identify and mitigate contract risks

Required Qualifications

• BA degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's/Juris Doctor degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of various contract types (e.g., T&M, FFP, Cost Plus)
• Experience with Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Federal Acquisition Regulations
• Ability to process complex information to solve problems and make business decisions
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a SCI Clearance or possess a Final TS/SCI Clearance
