International Trade Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a full range of international trade matters, including ITAR and EAR
• Provide international trade counseling related to government contracts and the defense industry
• Work on an ad hoc/assignment basis with large national and international companies

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience from top or mid-tier law firms
• Up-to-date knowledge of tariffs and changes in tariffs
• Experience with CFIUS, Treasury Department Foreign Sanctions, and Technical Assistance Agreements
• Experience with commodity jurisdiction requests to US Government Agencies
• Client-centric and commercially minded with adaptability
