Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partnership and Sales Counsel to support their Partnership and Sales Commercial Counsel team on an interim basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead legal support for complex merchant, partner, and sales agreements
- Structure, draft, and negotiate enterprise-level commercial agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal structuring and execution
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house for Sales or Partnerships
- Experience negotiating and drafting enterprise-level commercial contracts
- Strong understanding of commercial risk allocation, data privacy, and IP
- Proactive and adaptable, managing multiple fast-paced matters simultaneously
- Strategic thinker with sound judgment and a business-friendly approach
