Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement quality assurance reviews for AI/ML models detecting customer complaints
- Perform compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to banking partner contractual requirements
- Develop and report on key performance indicators relevant to the Complaint Management Program
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in financial services compliance
- Experience in developing and maintaining KPIs and compliance processes
- Proven ability to draft compliance procedures and process flows
- Background in training and monitoring AI and ML models
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and consumer protection laws
