A company is looking for an Industry Research Agreements Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, analyze, draft, negotiate, and execute sponsored project agreements with industry partners
- Provide superior customer service and communicate effectively with internal and external sponsors
- Participate in training initiatives and contribute to policy development to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Required Qualifications
- Paralegal Degree/Certification OR Bachelor's Degree
- Three years of experience in federal and/or industry contract negotiation or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to use independent professional judgment and establish collaborative working relationships
- Demonstrated excellent analytical skills and understanding of complex guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Thorough understanding of budgeting principles and procedures
