A company is looking for a Legal Process Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage legal intake emails and physical/digital mail for accurate routing
- Support workflows related to garnishments, consumer complaints, unemployment insurance, and workers' compensation claims
- Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Compliance, and outside counsel to complete requests and projects
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in legal operations, claims processing, or similar document handling environment
- Proven ability to triage 100+ items daily with high accuracy
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and ticketing/intake tools
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling subpoenas, arbitration demands, or basic litigation support is preferred
