A company is looking for a Corporate and Compliance Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on U.S. regulatory, compliance, and corporate matters
• Coordinate compliance protocols and manage corporate governance documentation
• Support multi-state mortgage licensing and manage regulatory reporting

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from a nationally accredited U.S. law school preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, and corporate law in financial services
• Strong knowledge of U.S. mortgage lending laws and corporate governance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
