Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time/Hourly Litigation Attorney with employment litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Defend federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions
• Handle investigations before various labor and human rights agencies
• Appear before the National Labor Relations Board on union-related matters

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience in employment law
• Experience with federal and state court employment litigation
• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in California
