Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel, US Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the legal aspects of public sector deal cycles, including drafting and negotiating various agreements
• Provide strategic counsel on government contracting and compliance with federal regulations
• Support security requirements and navigate accreditation processes for government contracts

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in negotiating technology and professional service contracts with government entities
• Strong understanding of government procurement regulations and compliance obligations
• Experience providing legal support for entities with a facility clearance (FCL) under FOCI mitigation
• Current U.S. Government Top Secret (TS-SCI) security clearance is highly desirable
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one US state is required
