A company is looking for a Senior Trial Attorney (Remote - New Jersey).

Key Responsibilities

• Represents insured individuals and the company in defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits
• Prepares and conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
• Offers counsel to business clients on legal matters and manages projects among legal teams

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar
• 4+ years of proven litigation experience
