Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Contract Specialist to support the drafting, negotiation, and management of cybersecurity-related terms in agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cybersecurity terms in agreements meet internal policies and customer expectations
• Draft, review, and negotiate cybersecurity-related language across various contracts
• Identify and recommend strategies to mitigate security-related risks within contractual terms

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contract review and negotiation focused on cybersecurity, preferably in a SaaS/tech company
• Strong understanding of key cybersecurity principles and regulatory frameworks
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in developing and nurturing productive business relationships
