Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Gather and organize documents, evidence, and conduct legal research for cases
• Prepare and draft legal documents, attend court hearings, and monitor changes in laws

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia
• Experience or coursework in insurance defense litigation
• Familiarity with legal research tools and case management systems
• Participation in training sessions or mentorship programs is preferred
