Senior Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Group Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for commercial goals and channel strategies, including drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create scalable contracting frameworks and provide legal guidance to marketing and partnership teams
• Implement and optimize contract lifecycle management processes and lead special projects in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• JD or equivalent legal degree with active bar membership in good standing
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience, including at least 3 years in-house
• Deep experience supporting B2B businesses and multi-tier channel sales models
• Expertise in marketing and trademarks law and experience with complex commercial contracts
• Strong understanding of global channel distribution and partner ecosystems
