Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Career Personal Injury Protection Attorney (Remote - New York).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Conduct Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and prepare comprehensive reports
• Review new file assignments, analyze evidence, develop case strategies, and prepare legal documents

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in New York
• Experience or coursework in insurance law or personal injury law
• Understanding of litigation processes and legal research
• Familiarity with no-fault insurance regulations is a plus
