Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to assist with various legal tasks in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assistance with discovery requests, subpoena preparation, and court filings
• Cite-checking and bluebooking briefs, memoranda, etc
• Assistance with witness preparation and trial binders for depositions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 5-7 years prior experience in a Litigation Paralegal role
• Must be located in Houston, Dallas, or Chicago
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
