Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Loan Originations Counsel (Part-time and Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support home loan originations and assist in marketing and expanding loan products
• Provide expertise in real estate transactions and related laws and regulations
• Ensure compliance with fair lending, consumer protection, and anti-discrimination laws

Required Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in the United States
• Experience in real estate consumer finance, including mortgages and home equity loans
• In-depth understanding of real estate transaction stages
• Familiarity with licensing and reporting laws
• Ability to commit 15-20 hours of work per week for 3 to 6 months
