Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director Global Public Policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in crafting positions on public policy issues in the US/Canada
• Develop and execute strategic approaches for advancing public policy goals
• Represent the company with elected officials and regulators, and prepare executives for meetings with government officials

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with a Master's or professional degree
• Experience in public policy/public affairs and government representation
• Knowledge of Internet-related public policy issues, including cybersecurity and cloud computing
• Experience with global policy issues and corporate interest representation
• Experience interacting with technologists and executives to develop policy positions
