Key Responsibilities
- Lead legal strategy for IPO readiness and corporate governance
- Advise on U.S. and international employment laws and workforce compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategy with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of in-house legal leadership experience at a venture-backed or public hardware technology company
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar license (California preferred)
- 10+ years of combined legal experience in corporate, securities, and employment law
- Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and global workforce compliance issues
- Experience advising on employment legal issues for defense contractors or national security programs
