Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nonprofit/Exempt Organizations Attorney (Full-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance by reviewing, drafting, and finalizing various legal documents
• Research relevant laws and analyze documents for mergers and repositioning matters
• Manage client projects, timelines, and budgets while collaborating with team members

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree required; must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, with additional state licenses preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant legal experience
• Experience serving nonprofits and familiarity with nonprofit law, tax law, and corporate law
