A company is looking for a Labor & Employment Staff Attorney or Counsel - Hourly - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employment litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions
- Handle EEOC charges and represent clients in mediations and negotiations
- Collaborate with experienced lawyers and contribute to best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of employment litigation experience, preferably on the management-side
- Experience in federal and state court practice and with relevant administrative agencies
- Active bar license in the state of residence and one where the company maintains an office
- Strong time management skills with a commitment to work 1000 or more hours per year
- A collegiate and cooperative approach to teamwork
