• Ensure compliance with Arizona law during the review process
• Draft documents as necessary for the buyback process

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of legal experience
• Preferred Arizona bar membership
• Experience with corporate law and compliance
• Ability to work remotely or on-site as needed
• Part-time availability for an 8-week duration
