Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Sponsor Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team and processes for assigned client service areas
• Oversee customer inquiries and ensure accurate and efficient management
• Design and implement training plans based on team needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Client Services relevant to the role
• 2+ years of managerial or supervisory experience
• 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of retirement plan administration and nondiscrimination testing
• Familiarity with 5500 forms
