A company is looking for an EPLI Attorney Practice Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate attorney support and manage submissions to the Attorney Resource Team
- Verify court deadlines and ensure timely filing of documents with courts and agencies
- Maintain attorney contact lists and manage daily task logs for projects and assignments
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation secretary
- Extensive knowledge of court rules and ECF procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Adobe, and document management systems
- Advanced knowledge of producing Tables of Contents (TOC) and Tables of Authorities (TOA)
- Ability to support multiple attorneys and effectively manage calendars and tasks
