Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (CA License) to provide virtual mental health care to students.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based virtual mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to K-12 students
- Diagnose, conduct initial mental health assessments, and create individual treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with the care management team and maintain accurate documentation in a timely manner
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Licensed without restrictions as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in California and the state of residence
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children
- Ability to obtain an acceptable Fingerprint (FBI) Criminal Background check upon hire
- Strong technological skills and the ability to complete digital documentation
- Bilingual proficiency in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, Armenian, Russian, Korean, or Tagalog is a plus
