Key Responsibilities

• Implement new Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) focusing on portal setup and workflows for Help Desk
• Support foundational setup for future self-service experiences for customers
• Utilize NowAssist and Virtual Agent technologies in project execution

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) or strong Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Multiple years of relevant experience preferred
• Familiarity with NowAssist and Virtual Agent
• Experience with ServiceNow Ai is a plus
