Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow process consulting
• Expertise in ServiceNow solution design across key modules like ITSM, ITOM, and CSM
• 5+ years of experience in gap analysis and requirements gathering
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Experience in organizational change management strategies
