A company is looking for an Implementation Manager - RP.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding and installation of new business plans
- Facilitate meetings, set agendas, and follow up on deliverables
- Train clients on systems and provide technical support
- Escalate risks and manage timelines with internal teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4-6 years in a client-facing role within defined contribution plan administration
- Experience with plan implementation, document design, asset transfer, and reconciliation
- Familiarity with various plan types, investment structures, and federal pension regulations
- ASPPA CPC, QKA, QPA or NIPA (APA, APR) preferred or in progress
