Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager - RP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee onboarding and installation of new business plans
  • Facilitate meetings, set agendas, and follow up on deliverables
  • Train clients on systems and provide technical support
  • Escalate risks and manage timelines with internal teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4-6 years in a client-facing role within defined contribution plan administration
  • Experience with plan implementation, document design, asset transfer, and reconciliation
  • Familiarity with various plan types, investment structures, and federal pension regulations
  • ASPPA CPC, QKA, QPA or NIPA (APA, APR) preferred or in progress
