Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Manage multiple priorities and maintain relationships with stakeholders and project teams
• Collaborate with developers to define project scope and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or 4 years of equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in business analysis or related roles in healthcare or AI analytics
• Experience with Scrum, Agile, or Kanban methodologies
• Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of business process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidcharts
