Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to gather requirements, analyze systems, and implement solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery meetings to capture requirements from department managers and end users
• Perform system and business process analysis to assess the impact of proposed solutions
• Create and maintain documentation including process mapping, functional specifications, and training materials

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with Encompass
• 3 years of experience as an Encompass Admin
• In-depth understanding of the mortgage industry and loan life cycle
• Ability to analyze reports for data integrity and trends
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
