Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead project management and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review Statements of Work for quality and role allocation
• Connect with sales and service delivery teams to set role allocations and responsibilities
• Support project escalations and maintain shared project artifact libraries

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of combined project and program management experience
• 3+ years experience with Azure DevOps and MS Project
• Consulting project management experience
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
