Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Value Consultant who will advise organizations on achieving positive business outcomes through a data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide best practice guidance to customers throughout their journey, facilitating workshops and implementing governance strategies
• Assist in developing data strategies to track progress towards KPIs and optimize communication effectiveness
• Collaborate with customers to execute a content strategy that aligns with business objectives and maximizes the impact of the platform

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of experience in professional services, SaaS customer success, or equivalent communications experience
• Ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies and leverage data for actionable insights
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver projects within scope and timeline
• Operational knowledge of internal communication or HR platforms preferred
