Indiana Licensed Float Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Float Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the treatment team and coordinate decisions regarding members' treatment
• Manage a schedule and caseload while collaborating with team members on clinical services
• Facilitate 2-3 group therapy sessions and document members' progress using outcome measures

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Active Indiana behavioral health license: LCSW, LCAC, LPCC, or LMHC
• Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a substance use disorder setting
• High comfort level with technology, including EMR and telehealth software
• Willingness to work 2-3 evenings per week as needed
