Federal Professional Services VP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Professional Services - Federal.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build regional software and services strategies
• Oversee the P&L of the region and ensure quality delivery of professional services
• Recruit, train, and retain technical employees while implementing development plans

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, services, or consulting
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role within high-growth SaaS or services organizations
• 3+ years leading cross-functional or international teams
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• U.S. Citizenship required to support federal government engagements
