Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Technical Strategist CSMs to deliver measurable business outcomes and technical guidance
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, driving adoption of solutions and maximizing value realization
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to influence product roadmap and enhance customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Consulting, or Technical Strategy within the SaaS industry
- 3-5 years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams
- Proven expertise in the customer data space, particularly in CDP, martech, or data platforms
- Strong understanding of AI applications for customer data and marketing efficiency
- Ability to operate at both executive-level strategy and technical solutioning detail
