Strategic Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Business Analyst to enable clients' digital transformation and manage executive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify stakeholders and gather requirements
• Facilitate workshops to surface pain points and align on goals
• Produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that define workflows and system expectations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise or global clients
• Proven ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong skills in business process analysis and executive communication
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Google Suite and BI/reporting platforms
• Experience managing upward in organizational structures
