PSA Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PSA Implementation Consultant to guide partners in implementing and optimizing their Professional Services Automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand partner needs and align PSA systems accordingly
• Develop and present tailored implementation plans that support business goals
• Configure and customize PSA systems, ensuring alignment with partner workflows

Required Qualifications:

• B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience implementing and administering PSA systems
• Deep expertise in Halo PSA and related integrations
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Halo PSA certification or relevant vendor certifications
