A company is looking for a Practice Manager (Salesforce).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce practice consultants while supporting the strategic roadmap for the practice
- Oversee the delivery of large Salesforce projects and provide hands-on leadership in project planning and execution
- Drive best practices in Salesforce development and ensure robust integration and data governance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in managing Salesforce consulting engagements
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CRM Analytics)
- 4-6+ years of management experience
- Strong integration & API expertise with Salesforce and proficiency in SOQL/SOSL, SQL
