Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Manager (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce practice consultants while supporting the strategic roadmap for the practice
• Oversee the delivery of large Salesforce projects and provide hands-on leadership in project planning and execution
• Drive best practices in Salesforce development and ensure robust integration and data governance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in managing Salesforce consulting engagements
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CRM Analytics)
• 4-6+ years of management experience
• Strong integration & API expertise with Salesforce and proficiency in SOQL/SOSL, SQL
