Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a knowledge management strategy, including governance, taxonomy, and workflows
- Build and maintain a ServiceNow Knowledge Base, ensuring content is accurate, searchable, and reusable
- Partner with subject matter experts to capture, document, and standardize institutional knowledge
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, or related fields
- Proven experience building and implementing ServiceNow Knowledge Base environments
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and reusable content strategies
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences to extract and document complex information
