Job Summary
A company is looking for a Search Associate, fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to identify and qualify expert candidates for various opportunities
- Prepare and manage documentation, including specification summaries and electronic presentations for expert candidates
- Facilitate scheduling and communication between experts and clients throughout the selection process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- BS or BA degree preferred
- 3+ years of professional work experience
- Experience in a law or consulting firm is a plus
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office; proficiency in Adobe preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or customer relationship management systems (CRM) preferred
