Job Summary

A company is looking for a Search Associate, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and qualify expert candidates for various opportunities
  • Prepare and manage documentation, including specification summaries and electronic presentations for expert candidates
  • Facilitate scheduling and communication between experts and clients throughout the selection process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • BS or BA degree preferred
  • 3+ years of professional work experience
  • Experience in a law or consulting firm is a plus
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office; proficiency in Adobe preferred
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or customer relationship management systems (CRM) preferred
