A company is looking for a Contract Consultant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess risk in business opportunities and ensure compliance with corporate terms and conditions
• Draft, review, and revise contracts and related documents while adhering to internal standards
• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and facilitate the contract management process

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with drafting, negotiating, and consulting on contracts
• Experience working on agreements in the health care industry (preferred)
• Experience in a matrixed environment and with sales teams as part of a large in-house legal team (preferred)
