Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Medical Services Specialist III, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vendors in identifying and collecting adverse event and product quality complaint information
• Ensure compliant and timely processing of adverse event and product complaint information according to global regulations
• Support internal and external customers in collecting information for product safety reports and complaints

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in RN, BSN, or BS Pharm/PharmD/MBBS required
• 2-4 years of clinical healthcare and pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Ability to lead project work and manage processes effectively
• Knowledge of industry regulations (ICH, FDA, EMEA, MHRA)
