Senior Benefit Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefit Configuration Analyst QNXT to manage benefit configurations within the QNXT platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, build, and validate complex benefit configurations to ensure accurate claims adjudication
• Collaborate with various teams to implement benefit plans in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
• Support new plan implementations, annual updates, and ongoing configuration maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7+ years of hands-on QNXT benefit configuration experience in a managed care or health plan environment
• Strong working knowledge of QNXT system architecture and benefit logic
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) for data validation and troubleshooting
• Experience with CMT and QCS tools for version management and configuration migrations
