Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the onboarding process for nonprofit clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client organizations, including financial systems and compliance requirements
  • Design and implement financial frameworks tailored to client needs, including reporting templates and budget structures
  • Create workflow documentation and provide training for client staff on new processes and systems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, nonprofit management, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit financial management, consulting, or operations management
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple client relationships
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online and nonprofit bookkeeping
  • Ability to embrace and integrate technology tools for operational efficiency
