Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client organizations, including financial systems and compliance requirements
- Design and implement financial frameworks tailored to client needs, including reporting templates and budget structures
- Create workflow documentation and provide training for client staff on new processes and systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, nonprofit management, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit financial management, consulting, or operations management
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple client relationships
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and nonprofit bookkeeping
- Ability to embrace and integrate technology tools for operational efficiency
