Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Intake Supervisor to oversee the clinical intake process and manage a team of intake therapists.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of intake therapists, ensuring high-quality clinical assessments and documentation
• Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and mentorship to staff, ensuring best practices in client evaluation
• Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with the Central Intake team to ensure smooth client workflows

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field; licensure required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• 5+ years of clinical experience with 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of intake assessment, care coordination, and compliance standards
• Data-driven mindset with experience managing performance against metrics
